Job Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.

* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

* Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

* Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

* Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.

* Assist in planning and executing company events or projects.

* Provide general administrative support to team members and management.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay Range: $23.00- $25.00
