Position: Facilities Coordinator (Fort Worth, Tx)
CBRE -  - Responsibilities:
Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures, policies, and reporting formats.;
Acknowledge client inquiries, collect and process work orders, and track progress to ensure timely completion.;
Manage the entire purchase order process from creation to completion and assist with vendor invoices and submittals.;
Sign vendors in and out of facilities and assist with minor Joint Commission management tasks and facility signage compliance.;
Support relocations, furniture rearranging, client meetings, data entry, and basic budget tracking using Microsoft Excel.
