We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, which is fundamental to our billing operations and the success of the healthcare professionals we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately entering patient demographics, insurance information, and clinical data into our billing systems.
  • Reviewing documents and on-screen data for errors and correcting any inconsistencies to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies when handling sensitive patient records.
  • Preparing and sorting source documents, and identifying and interpreting data to be entered.
  • Assisting the billing and coding team by retrieving information and supporting administrative tasks as required.
  • Performing regular data verification and quality control checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A high level of discretion and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector or familiarity with medical terminology would be a significant advantage.
