Seasonal Administrative Professional

Job Overview

Seasonal Administrative Professionals needed to support our Tax Service Line during the following periods:
August 2026 through October 2026, and January 2027 through April 2027.

• Assist with processing tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, and other related documents.
• Help prepare, proofread, edit, and process documents such as correspondence, financial statements, and client-related communications to produce error‑free work.
• Track engagements using Access software.
• Paper and electronically file client information; maintain filing systems.
• Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisors and others.
• Organize, update, and maintain calendars.
• Manage multiple priorities and support the Tax Service Line during busy periods.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment.
• Strong business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Office hours:
Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.;
Friday 8:00 a.m.–noon. During the busy season additional hours may be required.
