Join us to orchestrate accurate billing and seamless movement

Imagine the satisfaction of seeing every shipment depart on time, every invoice reconcile perfectly, and every customer feel informed and supported. In this role, you are the hub—aligning warehouse clerical work, corporate billing, and customer communication.

Your mission

Safeguard financial accuracy by reviewing invoices, maintaining active files for outstanding balances, and producing aging receivable reports.

Coordinate with warehouse clerical staff and corporate teams to process and collect client invoices.

Support schedule reliability: monitor product inventories, track loads, and evaluate schedule risks.

Keep time-sensitive data and reports flowing daily.

Guide yard activity: check drivers in/out, print BOLs and outbound details, capture shipper release numbers, destinations, and trailer numbers, and assign doors.

Deliver responsive service: manage orders, inventory control coordination, and material handling needs while handling calls and correspondence.

Resolve issues swiftly and document outcomes.

Turn data into action: compile delivery reports, analyze trends, and proactively brief customers.

Nurture supplier relationships to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.

Bring these qualifications

High school diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong computer aptitude; familiarity with Office 365 and AS400 is advantageous.

Rapid, accurate data entry and exceptional attention to detail.

Clear communicator who partners effectively across all levels.

Customer-centered, deadline-driven, proactive, and improvement-minded.

Adaptable problem-solver who anticipates challenges and responds resourcefully.

Language requirements

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently is required.

Spanish is preferred (required in some markets).Physical capabilities

Regularly required to talk or hear.

May need to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable assistance.
