- Insurance verification and benefits review
- Submitting referrals and authorizations
Assisting veterans with Community Care referrals and paperwork - Helping maintain organization and follow-through throughout the office
- Coordinating communication between providers, rehab, and front desk
- Managing to-do lists and operational tasks
- Supporting marketing events and community outreach
- Participating in weekly team trainings and growth meetings
- Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and patient experience
- Additional administrative tasks
- Experience in chiropractic, dental, or medical offices
- Insurance verification experience
- Sales/customer service experience
This role requires flexibility and reliability. Current office coverage needs are:
- Monday: 7:15am–7:15pm
- Tuesday: 9:30am–7:30pm
- Thursday: 1:00pm–6:00pm
- Friday: 7:15am–5:15pm
- Saturday: 11:30am–5:30pm
Flexibility is required as the clinic continues to grow and evolve. Schedule and needs may change; we need coverage most of the time.
Team members also participate in marketing/community events, cross-coverage, special projects, and growth initiatives.
Compensation- Hourly plus commission
