Administrative Assistant I
Location:

Salary: $60,000 annually
About the RoleThe Administrative Assistant I provides general administrative business support and assists the Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO when applicable. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling communications, and performing a range of clerical tasks to support executives and the organization.
- Answer and route phone calls to appropriate parties.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage inventory and office supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Read and route incoming mail, locating and attaching appropriate files for correspondence.
- Screen telephone calls; arrange conference calls.
- Coordinate manager schedules and make appointments.
- Welcome scheduled visitors and direct them to appropriate areas or persons.
- Conduct research and compile statistical reports.
- Prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
- Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑tasking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations.
- Ability to write reports and/or business correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and other employees.
