Missions
The or the administrative and financial management officer ensures the administrative and financial operations of the different missions of the administrative and financial pole of the IFPRA.
Administrative residence:
Administrative and financial pole IFPRA of Mont Saint Aignan
Main missions:
- Order management:
- Verification of available credits, request for quotes, entry of legal commitments (purchase orders), placing orders, follow-up of the correct execution, receipt of items and confirmation of the service provided, verification of the invoice, and entry of the payment request in the management software.
- Travel expenses management:
- Receipt and verification of statements and supporting documents, creation of agents, entry in the travel expenses software, edition of statements, signature by the authorizing officer, entry of the payment request in the management software.
- Follow-up of various agreements and contracts:
- Reading, follow-up of the signature circuit, follow-up of the realization, consistency check of the invoice.
- Remuneration of contractors:
- Receipt and verification of statements of services rendered, verification of the completeness of the files (information sheet, bank details, letter of engagement in vacations or authorization to combine), entry in GRANI.
- Digitization of all supporting documents for expenses and revenues to be linked to each payment request in the management software (invoices, delivery notes, agreements, statements of travel expenses, receipts for meals/accommodation, tolls, parking...)
- Participate in the maintenance of a budget follow-up table summarizing all expenses (personnel, operation, interventions, investments)
- Participation in the elaboration of financial statements
- Deposit and withdrawal of invoices on Chorus
- Digitization of all supporting documents (agreement, attendance list, notification)
- Classification and archiving
- Ensure the implementation of recommendations in accordance with the requirements of the EDUFORM quality label.
- Participate in working meetings
- Receipt and registration of mail
Relations hierarchical:
The or the administrative and financial management officer is placed under the hierarchical authority of the director of IFPRA Normandy and is functionally attached to the Administrative and Financial Director of IFPRA.
