About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, handles confidential information with discretion, and enjoys anticipating needs before they arise.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts with professionalism and urgency.
- Prepare, proofread, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, records, and office processes. Must be proficient in Adobe.
- Assist with special projects, research, data gathering, and administrative coordination as needed.
- Oversee daily permitting and inspection processes. Communicate results and challenges to project managers.
- Support the Sales Team with material ordering and maintain organized files in Dropbox. Combine and prepare documents for construction.
- Support the Warranty & Repair Division by providing daily updates to clients, management, vendors, and subcontractors; maintaining repair schedules; and ordering materials and supplies.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar support role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, judgment, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and calendar management tools.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
The ideal candidate is dependable, polished, resourceful, and calm under pressure. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, communicating with people at all levels, and keeping executive operations organized behind the scenes.

5744 Boat Club Rd. Fort Worth, TX 76179 (On-site) - Schedule: Full Time
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour
