Special Instructions to Applicant: This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment in this position is contingent uponthe renewal of grant funding or the position beinginstitutionalized at the conclusion of the grant.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration, compliance and reporting of grants. This position ensures that grant deliverables, participant records, expenditure sand reports are tracked accurately and submitted in compliance withgrant requirements.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Performance Requirements*

  • Tracks grant deliverables, milestones, training schedules and project timelines
  • Reviews grant activities for cost allowability, eligibility oftrainees and alignment with approved training plans.
  • Prepares and assemble documentation for monitoring reviews,audits and grant closeout.
  • Maintains accurate trainee records, including enrollment forms,attendance, training hours completed, and wage data
  • Coordinates with grantees to confirm schedules, rosters and outcomes.
  • Verifies trainee data supports required reporting.
  • Reviews invoices and expenditure records for accuracy, allowablecosts and proper supporting documentation.
  • Manages budget and maintains budget tracking logs for variances,under spending or missing documentation for resolution
  • Identifies risks, delays or compliance gaps.
  • Oversees daily operations
  • Makes technical decisions by applying policies, regulations, andprotocol
  • Develops and maintains relationships with individuals andorganizations

Service Excellence

  • Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations
  • Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
  • Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through the Tarrant County College (TCC)
    Institute
  • Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

  • Works under general supervision of the assigned departmentleaderp

Required

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years’ working experience relatedto the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • At least one (1) year's working experience working in a collegeor university setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements
