Scope:The Distribution Training & Facilities Specialist is an experienced position within the Distribution Center with a focus on the coordination and execution of site training activities, facility initiatives and management of supplies for the facility.
Job Summary:The role is responsible for assisting the Distribution Center leadership team in executing the daily operations of the facility. As the coordinator, this role works collaboratively with the DC leadership team and other key business partners to ensure compliance and execution of onsite training and safety initiatives for both the facility and its associates. This role will also act as the key point of contact for external communications around training, safety and facility requirements.
This position will be responsible for ensuring facility supplies are maintained, procured and in stock to support the site needs and managing relationships with external vendors that support the facility.
