The Contract Administrator is accountable for handling administrative tasks in the contract review process and within the Legal Department.

Our Contract Administrator:

  • Prepare contracts for legal review by converting them into editable Word format, marking sections for each department’s review, downloading linked documents, and ensuring exhibits are included.
  • Coordinate between different departments to facilitate obtaining feedback on different parts of the contract.
  • Pass contracts to Contract Specialists for legal review.
  • Send finalized contract for signature.
  • Perform and participate in company audits aby providing documentation.
  • Prepare reports and data on contract review process, KPIs, etc.
  • Maintain the customer contract database by uploading signed contracts into the database in a timely manner, using proscribed naming conventions and tags.
  • Answer administrative questions about the contract review process.
  • Update policies, procedures, and training documents as requested by management and Contract Specialists.
  • Keep abreast of industry corporate trends and developments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year College or University and one year of related experience preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience are also considered.
  • Requires excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
  • Proficient computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment. Intermediate skills using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Service Now and Asset Management Processes a plus.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
