Corporate Coordinator

Location:

Fort Worth, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • $30.00/hr
• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• W2, Temp-to-Hire
• Local DFW candidates only ROLE IMPACT The Corporate Coordinator provides high-level executive and corporate administrative support, helping ensure calendars, meetings, communications, travel, projects, and daily office operations remain organized and aligned with business priorities. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate executive calendars, scheduling priorities, preparation time, travel buffers, and schedule changes
• Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including invitations, room reservations, technology, and meeting logistics
• Prepare agendas, meeting briefs, presentations, reports, and follow-up notes
• Draft, edit, and polish emails and executive communications
• Track project timelines, deliverables, action items, and executive-sponsored initiatives
• Gather updates from cross-functional teams and organize information into clear summaries
• Conduct research and compile information to support executive decision-making
• Coordinate domestic travel schedules, itineraries, and briefing materials
• Support executive events, board meetings, conferences, and external presentations
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
• Assist with expense reporting, reimbursements, document management, filing, and administrative processes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3–5 years of administrative, executive support, or office coordination experience
• Demonstrated experience with calendar, meeting, and workflow coordination
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Previous experience supporting senior-level or executive leadership
• Experience coordinating executive travel, meetings, and events
