Corporate Culture Coordinator Position Summary
The Corporate Culture Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative support while helping create a positive and engaging employee experience. This position supports office activities, employee events, company celebrations, recognition programs, and special projects.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, personable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys helping others, keeping things organized, and making sure the details are taken care of.
This position is well suited for an early‑career administrative professional who wants to develop experience in office administration, employee engagement, event coordination, and business operations within a growing aerospace manufacturing company.
Job Description Supervise
1. Supervise Corporate Culture personnel2. Perform yearly employee reviews3. Review and approve bi‑weekly payroll reports4. Interview, hire, and terminate Corporate Culture personnelCorporate Culture Coordinator Operation
1. Work directly with the President in conjunction with the marketing team2. Manage, maintain, and publish a master calendar to coordinate all employee engagement programs and activities3. Enhance our culture and community with consistent communications and innovative employee engagement events4. Act as an internal ambassador for our culture and core values and build genuine connections across all employees5. Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested6. Schedule meetings and adjust schedules as necessary7. Research, analyze and summarize data for presentations8. Write bullet points for speeches9. Coordinate events and giveaways10. Maintain event and giveaway budgets11. Maintain records of all anniversary/contest/referral gift cards distributed12. Research and gather information for presentations13. Create and update PowerPoint presentations/Excel charts, etc. as needed14. Take notes and action items15. Assist Team Leaders as necessary16. Manage and coordinate travel17. Perform other duties as requiredRequirements Qualifications
