Executive Personal Assistant

Addison Group is hiring an Executive Personal Assistant on behalf of our client. This position will provide high-level personal and professional support to a senior executive and their family, helping manage a variety of business, household, travel, family, and day-to-day priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience providing both personal and professional support to a senior executive and will bring exceptional organization, discretion, flexibility, and sound judgment.

This individual will serve as a trusted resource, proactively managing competing priorities and ensuring responsibilities are handled efficiently and professionally.

The Executive Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to a senior executive and family across both professional and personal matters. This individual will be responsible for coordinating schedules, travel, appointments, events, household needs, communications, and various personal requests. Success in this role requires someone who is highly dependable, proactive, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable handling sensitive information and shifting priorities.

  • Provide professional and personal administrative support to a senior executive and family.
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, commitments, and changing schedules.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, reservations, and itineraries.
  • Monitor travel plans and address changes or unexpected issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate household services and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
  • Assist with personal appointments, errands, purchases, deliveries, reservations, and family-related scheduling.
  • Support the planning and coordination of professional and personal events.
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts on behalf of the executive as appropriate.
  • Manage correspondence, invitations, requests, and other communications with appropriate discretion.
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, appointments, materials, and follow-up items.
  • Maintain organized records, receipts, contact information, travel details, and other confidential documentation.
  • Anticipate upcoming needs and proactively address potential scheduling or logistical challenges.
  • Assist with special projects and additional personal, household, or professional responsibilities as needed.
  • Remain flexible and responsive when occasional support is needed outside of standard business hours.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience providing both personal and professional support to a senior executive, high-net-worth individual, principal, or similarly demanding individual.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and the ability to manage confidential matters and competing priorities independently.
  • Polished professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with executives, family members, vendors, and other contacts.
  • Must be local to the Fort Worth area with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or last-minute requests is required.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including driving, walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or carrying items up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
