Monty’s Automotive is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Assistant to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure a positive experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will be punctual, detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills and a knack for multitasking.
- Customer Service
:
Answer phone calls and ensure all customers are taken care of and updated daily. - Invoicing
:
Organize and help create invoices. - Lobby Maintenance
:
Keep the lobby clean and ensure coffee and water are topped off. - Data Entry
:
Accurately enter data as needed. - Errands
:
Occasionally help pick up parts or run shop errands.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
