Prepare and generate Receiving travelers . Perform other clerical functions as required e.g. data-entry within Internal Shipping System, Electronic Filing System, Typing and document reproduction. Utilize MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Access) and SharePoint databases, manage Over Short & Damaged activities, and Discrepant Shipments.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Warehouse Management system, SAP, AWS or equivalent.
• Receiving, Shipping or Transportation management experience.

• Forward and Reverse Logistics concept knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Freight claims and Bill of Lading processes.
• SAP Experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outbound shipment processing.
