What You’ll Do- Maintain and update project databases and spreadsheets
- Print, organize, and assemble right-of-way documents; prepare mailings by stuffing envelopes, applying postage, and ensuring accurate and timely distribution of notices and project correspondence
- Review project maps and county databases for landowner information and input that information into spreadsheet form
- Review existing easements for existing rights and input that information into spreadsheet form
- Review project maps for encroachments, water crossings, RR crossings, etc. and place pins into a project map/KMZ
- Embed project specific documents/images into project map/KMZ
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable — people count on you
- Communicates clearly and professionally — in writing, on the phone, and face to face
- Works efficiently under tight deadlines and keeps multiple priorities moving
- Brings a strong service mindset to every interaction
- Handles sensitive information with discretion
- Picks up new systems and software quickly
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or office support experience
- Proficient with MS Office Suite — specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
This posting covers a single level. The pay range is $18 – $22/hr every candidate is assessed and evaluated during the hiring process to determine their level based on factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Your offer will reflect the level that best matches your experience.
