Job Summary

This role is responsible for administrative and business operations support including department operation, processes, coordination,and management of district-wide Real Estate and Facilities activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Essential Performance Requirements*
  • Provides program task management support in operations maintenance, construction, and renovation of campus infrastructure such as finance, document records, archiving, procurement,workflow, and compliance
  • Prepares department process maps, program user guides and presentation materials such as workflow creation, source referencing and document writing
  • Supports administrative and operational functions for enterprise and Integrated Workplace Management Systems
  • Directly monitors the development and management of RE&Fs'special projects, research, activities, and schedules
  • Assists in the oversight of the RE&F functional programs compliance and implementation issues related to budget,procurement, and contract management
  • Conducts research, audits, and prepares analytical schedules and reports regarding the responsibilities of RE&F functional programs
  • Liaises and coordinates with related departments
  • Coordinates office workflows, provides administrative support and assists with staff development and training
  • Addresses common process questions and issues
  • Reviews projects and contracts for compliance and takes appropriate actions to resolve discrepancies
  • Assists in the preparation of progress reports for the Board of Trustees
Service Excellence
  • Participates on behalf of the College in external community organizations and associations as assigned to support the essential performance requirements
  • Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
  • Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
  • Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College
Supervision

Works under the supervision of the assigned department leader

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or sixty (60) college hours and three (3) years' working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or equivalent combination of education andwork-related experience
