As the Automotive Detailer, you will use your attention to detail and commitment to quality to ensure that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and detailed to meet our high standards. You will also use your communication and teamwork skills to work closely with our team of mechanics and service advisors to ensure that all vehicles are ready for delivery in a timely manner.

In addition, your ability to inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management will be essential in maintaining our high level of customer service. You are a team player with an eagerness to learn, grow, and win.

• Buffing and polishing freshly painted panels to remove imperfections and achieve a high‑quality finish.
• Removing sanding scratches, dust nibs, and minor paint defects.
• Cleaning compound residue and ensuring vehicles are free from swirl marks, holograms, and other finish defects.
• Performing quality inspections to ensure repaired vehicles meet company standards and customer expectations.
• Maintaining buffing, polishing, and detailing equipment in good working order.
• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Assisting painters and production staff as needed to support workflow and delivery schedules.
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development related to paint finishing, detailing techniques, OEM repair procedures, vehicle technology, and workplace safety.
• Demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement by applying new techniques, processes, and quality standards learned through training and coaching.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
