As a Collision Body Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring luxury vehicles to pre-accident condition by following OEM repair procedures and utilizing advanced repair techniques. You will perform structural and non-structural repairs while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and quality.
The ideal candidate is committed to doing repairs correctly—not simply quickly—and understands that proper vehicle repairs protect customer safety and preserve manufacturer performance standards. You are a team player with a passion for learning, growing, and continuously improving your skills.
Compensation: Negotiated at the time of hire based on experience and qualifications. This is a flat-rate (flag hour) position.

- Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs according to OEM repair procedures.
- Repair or replace damaged body panels, structural components, and related vehicle systems.
- Utilize measuring systems, frame equipment, welders, riveting systems, and specialty tools to complete repairs accurately.
- Follow repair plans and collaborate with estimators, repair planners, production managers, painters, and calibration technicians.
- Document repair procedures and communicate and additional damage or repair needs discovered during the repair process.
- Verify repairs meet manufacturer specifications and company quality standards before moving vehicles to the next production stage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Properly care for shop equipment and specialty repair tools.
- Assisting, mentoring apprentices and supporting the development of future technicians.
