Duties

• Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements efficiently and accurately.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs including brake inspections, suspension work, and engine diagnostics to resolve common issues swiftly.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete repairs with precision while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with wheel alignments, tire service, and other automotive service tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Support the team with heavy lifting and physical tasks required for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

Requirements

• Hands‑on mechanic experience working with standard passenger cars and familiarity with automotive fluid replacement procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to perform light to moderate mechanical repairs such as oil changes, tire services, alignments, and minor mechanical fixes.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during vehicle servicing.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism.
• Dealership experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive service standards is a plus.
