Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth is hiring skilled Automotive Technicians to add to our service team.

We’re looking for technicians with main shop experience and/or used vehicle reconditioning experience who take pride in quality, efficient work. Ford Lincoln experience is not required, and technicians from other dealerships, independent repair facilities, domestic, or import brands are encouraged to apply.

We offer:

• $28 - $50 per hour based on experience
• Average 40 – 60+ flagged hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
• Perform maintenance and repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, drivability, and related systems
• Inspect and recondition used vehicles for retail sale
• Complete customer-pay, warranty, and internal repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment and service information to identify needed repairs
• Complete work accurately, efficiently, and to dealership standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Main shop, dealership, used-car reconditioning, or independent repair experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Dependable, quality-focused, and able to work well with a team
