• Must have minimum high school diploma or equivalent with 1-year experience in a similar capacity.
• Previous titles experience preferred.
• Commercial vehicle experience preferred.
• Versatile (able to work several processes).
• Think in the grey.
• Organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Independent thinker.
• Ability to research.

• Managing incoming and outgoing department mail, filling for and/or perfecting titles, completing State-to-State title transfers and/or Lease to Retail title transfers.
• May be responsible for completing title corrections.
• Follow for title deficiencies and manage title vendor exceptions reports.
• Providing support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions.
