* Description:
** Become part of the Global Supply Chain GSC Organization as a Subcontract Management Sr
You will be responsible for overall management of supplier contracts, schedule, and supplier performance The position will be responsible of managing procurement activities related to assigned supplier accounts within the GSC Airframe Organization
Within this role, you will lead activities that include but not limited to:
preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi functions and multi level platforms
Some Domestic travel will be required for this position Must be a US Citizen for this position

- Aero Industry Experience
- Experience with schedule, cost, and performance responsibilities
- Experience working with teams, reporting/communicating, providing deliverables and ensuring completion of those items
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
Word, and PowerPoint advanced Excel

* - Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university 5 years of professional experience
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations DFAR
- Experience with multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong communication written, verbal and presentation skills
- Sound decision making abilities
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, self motivated
- Experience and understanding of Subcontract Program Management SPM best practices and tools
- Solid subcontract management
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions and pricing
- Complex problem solving skills
- Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions
- Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to interpret policies/procedures and apply concepts
- Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues
- Emerging Project/Program Management skills
- Ability to coach and mentor other less experienced personnel
- Previous international procurement experience

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process
** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits
** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
