Overview
Ferris Mfg. Corp., a Fort Worth-based medical device manufacturer and creator of Poly Mem Advanced Wound Care Dressings, is seeking Market and Product Analyst.
This role sits at the center of our marketing and sales teams, helping turn data into insight and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll manage and analyze sales data, customer information, and performance trends, while also supporting market research, competitive insights, and third-party validation submissions.
You’ll oversee incoming customer leads, maintain accurate CRM data, and help ensure clear communication across sales, marketing, and company leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, collaborative, and enjoys working at the intersection of data, process, and teamwork.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Data Analysis:
- Group purchasing organization membership roster database management and administration.
- Collect, organize, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Track sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to the sales and sales management derived from reporting systems.
Market Research:
- Analyze market research database to understand the competitive landscape, market demand, and emerging trends in the advanced wound care industry.
- Examine by class of trade preferences to help develop pricing analysis of competitive products within various classes of trade to contribute to targeted sales strategies.
Value Analysis and 3rd party Validation Data Submission
- Collaborate with marketing, field sales, clinical resources, and regulatory to organize and manage document submissions to third party on-line services used by health systems to screen medical products.
CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate data collection capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity and provide training to sales staff on effective CRM usage.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing in CRM management and utilization in promotional campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms, including Excel and use of Pivot Tables, SQL, and CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly present data and insights to diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Experience in medical device, healthcare, or regulated industries preferred
