What You Will Be Doing
Responsible for the management of supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk, modified Commercial Off The Shelf, performance specification and complex build-to-print subcontracts for commercial, DOD and international programs. Leads multifunctional subcontract management teams. Holds procurement delegation and signs supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. Leads the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types.
Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, develops evaluation criteria, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions including price, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes subcontract packages, prepares awards and administers resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with procurement principles, subcontract management, supply chain management.
- Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Supply Chain Procurement experience in Aerospace Industry
- Experience with complex machining and/or Build to Print procurements.
- Knowledgeable of FAR/DFAR and/or commerciality in government subcontracting.
- Experience with negotiating complex terms and conditions.

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Work Schedule: Hybrid role onsite Wednesdays & Thursday. 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
