Pheasant is currently in the market for a self-motivated Acquisition Specialist. As a part of the team, you will work closely with us to help identify and execute the purchase of all types of oil and gas interests through a nationwide outreach program.

Job Duties
  • Research and identify contact and background information for our database of oil and gas interest owners.
  • High‑volume calling and discussing the sale of an individual or company’s oil and gas rights.
  • Work with the corporate office to coordinate closings, title work, and other due diligence.
  • Diligently update the internal database with results of phone calls, texts, emails, progress, etc.
Requirements
  • The position is in-house and is structured as day‑rate plus commission.
  • Previous experience in oil and gas related land work.
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close transactions.
  • Strong communication skills and close attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
  • Problem solver. Independently finding solutions to roadblocks is a must.
