** Responsible for the measurement, analysis and reporting of productivity and sales metrics within an assigned business group. Handles report construction and projects with a high level of priority or difficulty.

**** Responsibilities
* ** Execute and analyze lead prioritization and automated engagement actions.
* Develop insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods.
* Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing campaigns, business processes and sales efficiencies.
* Provide analytics and improvement recommendations related to rep/agent productivity, sales metrics, process efficiencies and strategy forecasts.
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business and systems within the supported group; analyze systems and sales processes.
* Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and lead distribution mechanics.
* Assist team members as needed.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
* Five years of experience in data analytics, process improvement or other relevant work.
* Advanced understanding of data tools for visualization, extraction, modeling, CRM solutions and SQL.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform high-level analysis and resolve technical issues.
* Communication and presentation skills for delivery of reports and analysis.
* Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment.
