We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Products team at Mercer, a Marsh business
. This role can be based in Dallas, New York or Morristown and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
- Partner on prospecting and outreach activities to research, identify and engage potential customers via email campaigns, Linked In, and other channels.
- Prepare quotes, assist with proposal decks, contracts, and expansion ideas for larger/complex clients.
- Become a subject matter expert with our offerings and tools and be able to lead system demonstrations in support of the Senior Sales Professional Team.
- Partner with sales professionals on the pursuit of new clients by conducting research on business/HR issues, assisting with meeting preparation, facilitation and follow-up.
- Grow your sales acumen, by leading pursuits of smaller prospects.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience working in a corporate office or professional services firm with exposure to sales, marketing, or sales operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence at all levels.
- Excellent organizational, time management, execution, and tracking skills.
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Teams).
- Familiarity with B2B sales tools (Zoom Info, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc.).
- Experience working with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.).

Compensation and BenefitsThe applicable base salary range for this role is $68,500 to $137,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
