What Drives Success

The individual in this role records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
  • Updates information on computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Assesses stock supply and reorder status.
  • Prepares and verifies requisition of additional stock items, using the appropriate forms or systems.
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • May provide training and work direction to other inventory control clerks.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Must be able to follow procedures and train others. Requires accurate and efficient record keeping and verification of inventory changes. Knows inventory processes and procedures. May require the ability to train and direct the work of others.

Compensation

This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23.29 – $30.14/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
