Supply Chain - Subcontract Administrator - Level 2

Who You Are: Member of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Honeywell team as a Subcontract Administrator supporting Production, Sustainment, and development contracts related to F-35 requirements.

• Prepare requests for proposals.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals related to production and/or sustainment.
• Assist in developing cost/price analysis.
• Negotiate terms and conditions.
• Create and document purchase orders and contracts.
• Maintain purchase orders.
• Manage contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands.
• Conduct cost analysis support.
• Understand procurement activity under FAR and DFARS guidance.
• Communicate across multi‑functions and multi‑level platforms.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or purchasing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite:
  Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or DFAR.
• Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Experienced communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership.
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas.
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions and pricing.
• Business acumen to solve complex problems and make business based decisions.
• Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry.
• Experience working independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP).
