Business Analyst
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Business Analysis, with a proven track record of delivering effective solutions that meet business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between IT and business objectives, ensuring that projects are aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough business requirements analysis to identify and document business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for new and existing systems.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases to guide development teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support project management activities by providing insights on project scope and timelines.
- Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of business processes and requirements for future reference.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business Analysis methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
- Experience with process modeling and improvement techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Experience in a specific industry relevant to our business (e.g., logistics, finance, healthcare).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in Business Analysis or a related role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
