What You Will Be Doing
- Managing service accounts and ongoing client relationships across electrical and low voltage service portfolios
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all service clients, ensuring responsiveness and customer satisfaction
- Overseeing service work orders from initiation through completion, including scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
- Coordinating with field technicians to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for additional service work, upgrades, and preventive maintenance programs
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Reviewing service contracts, scopes, and pricing to ensure accuracy and profitability
- Managing service budgets, labor allocation, materials, and subcontractor coordination
- Monitoring service performance metrics and ensuring SLA compliance
- Handling escalations, troubleshooting customer concerns, and resolving issues proactively
- Preparing service proposals, quotes, and renewals
- Conducting regular account reviews with clients to validate expectations and performance
- Driving division profitability through effective service management and client retention
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes, workflows, and customer experience
- Communicating challenges, risks, and successes to leadership in a clear and timely manner
What You Need for This Position
- 3+ years of experience in service account management within electrical, low voltage, or related technical industries
- Strong understanding of service operations, work orders, scheduling, and customer support
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to manage a profitable service portfolio
- Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership abilities
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and support business development efforts
