• The ideal candidate is comfortable digging deep in data and has an aptitude to identify issues that no one else has identified and can propose substantive and practical solutions. This role requires an individual with excellent analytical and communication abilities. A successful candidate will have great interpersonal skills that will allow him/her to become a trusted advisor for field operations.
• The role is a part of the Airport Performance Analysis and Support team within our Airport group.

• Analyze operational performance and customer service metrics, identify evolving trends or chronic performance drivers, and support local leaders with actionable data and analysis.
• Apply data and analytics to maximize the effectiveness of training and compliance programs.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing or proposed network schedules to address or mitigate operational constraints while supporting the need to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Represent airport operations in planning and implementation of a wide range of corporate initiatives.
• Provide support for airports through identification and delivery of best practice opportunities.
• Coordinate initiatives across airports system wide to ensure efficiency and consistency where appropriate.

  Minimum Qualifications
  - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training.
  • Proficiency with Tableau, Mosaic, SQL, and/or Cognos.
  • Prior experience in airport operations, data analysis, and project management.
  • An ability and interest in working in a fast‑paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
  • Self‑driven with an ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and experience with data manipulation and analysis.
  • Effective decision‑making based on a combination of data‑driven analysis and strategic considerations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with an ability to reach all levels both verbally and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including leadership, collaboration, consensus‑building, and cultural awareness.
  • Results‑driven behavior with the ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and MS Query, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
