International Industrial Development - Level 3

What You Will Be Doing

The International Industrial Development professional will support industrial development and offset programs associated with current and future international customer industrial obligations. This role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of offset programs that enable successful international business pursuits and customer commitments across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics programs, including the F‑35, F‑16, C‑130J, and other Aeronautics products.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Offset Team Lead to identify, develop, propose, and implement offset projects and programs that support international sales campaigns and contractual commitments. This position requires collaboration with international industries, foreign government offset organizations, suppliers, and industrial partners to ensure commitments are executed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support industrial development and offset programs for current and future international customer industrial obligations.
  • Lead engagements and interactions with international industries and foreign government offset organizations to understand applicable regulations, requirements, and expectations.
  • Support the identification, development, proposal, and implementation of offset projects and programs in support of international sales efforts.
  • Lead the development and execution of agreements with offset customers, suppliers, and industrial partners.
  • Lead implementation activities to ensure offset commitments are executed on schedule and within program budget.
  • Monitor and report offset program progress and performance against established commitments.
  • Ensure all offset obligations are implemented in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Support offset project development activities across multiple Aeronautics programs, including F‑35, F‑16, C‑130J, and other product lines.
  • Identify, document, develop, and maintain applicable offset‑related processes and procedures.
  • Support proposal development efforts associated with international business opportunities and offset requirements.
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, tracking tools, and reporting mechanisms.
  • Create, maintain, and manage program documentation, databases, and records to support offset program execution and compliance.

You are a collaborative and detail‑oriented professional with strong project coordination, relationship management, and analytical skills, capable of working effectively with international customers, industry partners, suppliers, and government stakeholders to achieve complex business objectives. You excel at managing multiple priorities, maintaining program documentation, tracking commitments and schedules, interpreting requirements, and developing practical solutions while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong partnerships, and support strategic international business initiatives contributes to the successful execution of industrial development and offset programs across Lockheed Martin Aeronautics.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a permanent resident. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

International travel may be required.

A level 3 employee typically has 5–10 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related discipline, or 5 years experience in the absence of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Cross‑functional team coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
