Supply Chain - Subcontract Management - Level 3

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
• Experience working with SAP or similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP or MRP) system
• Experience working with subcontracts/contracts subject to FAR 15, specifically Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)
• Experience with procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite tools such as Word, Excel, and Power Point

You will join the Integrated Systems & Partnerships F35 Supply Chain Management Organization as a subcontract management team member, responsible for overall management of supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for F35 Major System subcontracts.

Within this role, you will lead activities that include preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiating terms, creating and documenting purchase orders and contracts, maintaining purchase order information, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicating across multiple functions within Lockheed Martin.

• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Subcontract Management experience
• Experience negotiating terms and conditions, and pricing
• Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or a similar industry
