** The Role and

What You’ll Do:

** The Sponsor Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in executing contractual obligations for P  partners, serving as both a customer-facing representative and behind-the-scenes support. This position is instrumental in ensuring seamless sponsorship activation at P
-sanctioned events, providing first-class client service, and maintaining accurate and consistent event execution.
* Collaborate with Partnership Marketing Team to fulfill partner event activations.
* Oversee arena signage setup, maintenance, and inventory to ensure proper partner representation.
* Coordinate in-arena sponsorship elements, including promotions and activations.
* Organize and facilitate giveaways, competitions, and fan engagement activities.
* Track and manage promotional material distribution and inventory.
* Support the execution of peripheral ancillary events.
* Deliver exceptional customer service to partners.
* Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the P  sponsorship fulfillment program.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer) preferred but not required
* Familiarity with basic construction tools (e.g., power drill, hammer, wire snips).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and event staff.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
* Time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple sponsorship activations efficiently
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
* Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and working in outdoor environments.
* Ability to travel frequently and work long hours during event weekends.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
** You Have These:
*** Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
* Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
* Experience in professional or collegiate sports, leagues, or federations preferred.
* Experience in customer service, promotions, or client relations is a plus.
