Job SummaryThis position offers a unique opportunity to shape and execute high-impact third‑party event programs that drive measurable business results. You will be at the forefront of strategic event planning, working with key industry conferences and persona‑specific events to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence in the marketplace. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance big‑picture program goals with meticulous execution details, partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences that resonate with prospects and accelerate pipeline growth.
You will own the end‑to‑end process from initial planning through post‑event analysis, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for maximum impact and return on investment.
- Drive program planning and execution with high focus on lead generation and brand awareness
- Lead weekly planning meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive program development
- Work with external vendors to ensure timely, cost‑effective execution
- Analyze performance and ROI data, with a focus on pipeline generation and acceleration
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure event strategies complement regional campaigns and objectives
- Curate compelling messaging and content for all program aspects
- Develop supporting event planning materials including planning decks, staffing lists, and Know Before You Go decks
- Develop, implement, and track program budgets
- Travel to and support onsite execution and management of select trade shows when necessary
- Effectively manage a large amount of projects at various stages and complexity
- Remain calm under pressure while being decisive and strategic to the overall purpose and goals of the event
- Thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Effectively coordinate with Project Managers utilizing project management software
- Partner with vendors for successful outcomes
- Embrace changes from original plans
- Demonstrate remarkable attention to detail
- Seamlessly transition from being very detailed to a high‑level overview
- Communicate clearly and proactively, keeping stakeholders informed and mitigating potential issues
- Understand complex system interdependencies to inform decision‑making
- Work collaboratively with a team‑first approach
- 3+ years as a tradeshow manager at a mid‑large company
- Willingness to travel as required for managed event programs (25%)
