AVP Business Operations – GM Protection

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all operational elements of the business
• Accountable for the integrity of financial transactions in partnership with accounting
• Accurate execution of dealer incentive and advance programs
• Driving enterprise process automation to scale operational efficiency and control
• Acts as the named contract manager for GM Protection primary product suppliers, directing vendor governance, service-level performance, and administration
• Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and development of operations team members

• Extensive knowledge of corporate functions such as finance, legal/compliance, operations, strategic planning, product/ brand management, administration and managing suppliers
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of automotive F&I Industry preferred
• Familiarity with underwriting, actuarial, claims administration, pricing/rating, reinsurance and other insurance operating concepts preferred
• Experience with audit and regulatory compliance
• Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge required
• Greater than 10 years experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Sales and Contract Management Pref
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline Required
• Master’s Degree (MBA in business administration / management) Preferred
