Position Summary

As a Taktical Control Manager in the Operations Support Center in Dallas, Texas, you will lead project planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and oversee Project Controls Process, including earned value management (EVM), critical path analysis, and forecasting.
  • Validate initial project phasing plans using the JPI Production System.
  • Provide monthly project performance reports to leadership and stakeholders, covering risks, KPIs, and trends.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, pre-construction teams, and operations management to align budget, resource allocation, and schedule data.
  • Manage all Milestone Validation Leads and ensure timely, accurate completion of responsibilities.
  • Establish schedule baselines with Construction Managers, Directors, and stakeholders.
  • Integrate schedule risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulations to assess confidence levels for key milestones.
  • Setup OPC, Takt interface, inspections, and checklists for projects.
  • Build out OPC plans following predefined nomenclature, and validate Takt interfaces and dashboards.
  • Validate and input inspection requirements into OPC to set up trackers.
  • Ensure schedules are complete, accurate, and updated on time.
  • Track and document all schedule changes and assess impact on overall project delivery.
  • Model "what if" scenarios to support decision making regarding scope, cost, or resource changes.
  • Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's culture and guiding principles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business or professional setting, including non-profit or government roles.
  • Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
