We’re growing fast and looking for passionate, ambitious people to join our dynamic delegate acquisition team!

• Engage senior leaders and decision-makers to participate in high-level in-person and virtual events.
• Understand delegates’ business priorities and align them with relevant event opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end acquisition process from initial outreach to confirmed attendance.
• Research and qualify potential delegates through Linked In and industry platforms.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date communication records in Hub Spot CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth event delivery.

• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage senior business leaders effectively.
• Naturally organised and comfortable working in a structured, results-driven environment.
• 1-2 years experience in delegate acquisition or the B2B events industry.
• Familiar with CRM tools to manage leads, track conversations, and support efficient workflows.
• Curious, ambitious, and eager to develop within a supportive team.
