This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on creating cohesion across a complex, technology-driven organization. You will connect enterprise priorities with execution across distributed engineering and product teams, helping critical initiatives move forward with greater speed and clarity. The role serves as a central point of integration across planning, customer signals, workforce capabilities, vendor relationships, and strategic communications. You will influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, often without direct authority, to align priorities, dependencies, decisions, and resources.

A major focus will be translating complex technology strategies into actionable plans and compelling executive-level narratives. You will also help strengthen workforce readiness, strategic partnerships, and coordinated delivery across large-scale transformation initiatives. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced strategic operator who combines technology fluency, executive influence, operational rigor, and strong storytelling.

Accountabilities
  • Lead strategic planning and integration across a broad portfolio of core engineering and technology platforms, coordinating distributed product teams and ensuring critical initiatives are appropriately sequenced and executed.
  • Connect dependencies, priorities, backlogs, decisions, and outcomes across domains to accelerate delivery of enterprise-level initiatives and reduce fragmentation or duplicated effort.
  • Partner with digital product leaders to capture, structure, and incorporate customer needs and signals into technology priorities, particularly where dedicated business architecture capabilities are limited.
  • Streamline stakeholder engagement and reduce repeated or competing requests by creating clearer processes for collecting, prioritizing, and communicating business and customer input.
  • Drive workforce planning and future-readiness initiatives by aligning organizational capacity and capability development with anticipated demand and strategic priorities.
  • Support specialized onboarding and capability-building initiatives designed to strengthen infrastructure and technology talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate engagement with strategic external vendors and technology partners, ensuring expectations, priorities, performance, and value delivery remain aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Develop clear and consistent strategic narratives that communicate technology strategy, progress, risks, outcomes, and business value to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Prepare and curate executive-level materials for OKR reviews, operational risk and return discussions, technology execution reviews, and board-level conversations.
  • Establish operating cadences, decision rights, accountability mechanisms, and processes that improve execution across complex, multi-location organizations.
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams while supporting organizational transformation, systems implementations, integrations, and other large-scale change initiatives.
  • Use data, insights, and technology fluency to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure strategic plans translate into measurable organizational outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience leading strategic initiatives within complex, technology-driven organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and operationalizing enterprise technology strategies and translating complex objectives into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation environments such as financial services, insurance, technology, consulting, or other highly regulated industries is highly relevant.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product operating models, with experience partnering across engineering, product, and business functions to prioritize initiatives and deliver strategic value.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders, build alignment, negotiate effectively, and drive outcomes without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Exceptional strategic communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, compelling narratives for executive and governance audiences.
  • Strong people leadership and talent development experience, including building high-performing teams, establishing accountability, developing leaders, and supporting succession planning.
  • Strong operational expertise and a track record of optimizing processes, improving execution, and delivering consistent results in complex environments.
