The Client Event Internship provides college students with immersive experience inside a professional wealth management firm. Interns support client events and experiences that strengthen advisor relationships

• Plan and execute professional client appreciation events, educational seminars, prospect events, and community initiatives
• Develop project management, organizational, leadership, and professional communication skills.
• Communicate professionally with clients, advisors, executives, and vendors
• Understand how client events support business development, prospect engagement, and appointment conversion

A dynamic, prestigious, and ambitious Finance student who wants to combine their leadership, relationship-building, and event-planning experience with real-world exposure to wealth management.

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance, Financial Planning, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field
• Professional, outgoing, confident, and comfortable meeting new people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are important
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in a professional environment

• Compensation: $20 per hour
• Schedule:
  
  Year-round internship, 10–15 hours per week
• Flexibility:
  Hours may be adjusted around the academic schedule, including midterms and final exams
• Major Events:
  Hours may increase during major client events with advance notice and supervisor approval
• Program Length:
  Ongoing throughout the academic year, with the opportunity to continue for multiple semesters based on performance and business needs
• Most client events occur during evenings or outside traditional business hours

Graduates of this program will build practical experience applicable to careers in wealth management, financial planning, business development, client experience and relationship management, and corporate events. You will gain valuable résumé experience through real projects, professional client interactions, budgets, events, and business-development initiatives.
