Associate Product Manager

American Airlines is seeking an Associate Product Manager for Technology Products to help shape digital experiences that power safe, reliable air travel worldwide. In this role, you will support product roadmaps for customer and operations technology, translating business and customer needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You'll analyze data, prioritize backlogs, and partner with engineering, UX, and operations teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product roadmaps for airline technology products and platforms.
• Gather and translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer, operational, and performance data to identify product enhancements and prioritize backlog.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases.
• Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies with technology teams.
• Coordinate user testing, pilots, and A/B tests to validate product changes and measure impact.
• Prepare product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder updates to ensure alignment.
• Monitor product KPIs and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and issue resolution.
