Mission Pet Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to our CEO, driving alignment and execution across the organization. In this role, you will coordinate key initiatives that advance innovative pet healthcare solutions, manage executive priorities, and translate vision into operational plans. You will lead cross-functional projects, track KPIs and OKRs, and prepare insights for leadership, board, and partners.

Responsibilities
- Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and tracking of organizational priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives in healthcare and social assistance for pet health solutions
- Own executive calendars, agendas, and follow-up to ensure alignment and accountability
- Synthesize data and insights into clear presentations and strategic recommendations
- Drive OKR and KPI processes, reporting on progress to leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead special projects to improve operations, efficiency, and patient/client experience
- Partner with HR and leaders to strengthen an innovative, collaborative culture
- Facilitate communication between executive leadership and internal teams
- Oversee preparation for board, investor, and key partner meetings
- Identify process improvements and implement scalable frameworks across teams
