The City of Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing large cities in the U.S. Our employees serve the needs of nearly 1,000,000 residents, promoting our values of exceptional customer experience, mutual respect, embracing our diversity, continuous improvement, ethical behavior, and accountability.

A Fleet Analyst opportunity is available within the Property Management Department's Fleet Division. A strong foundation is already in place: previous work in this role has established a solid framework for fleet analytics, data management, reporting, and process improvement.

We are seeking a candidate to build on this foundation- someone who understands that fleet analytics extends far beyond spreadsheets and reports. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational knowledge with technical and data-driven problem-solving to create a more connected, efficient, and automated fleet operation. Data supports decisions, but people drive the operation; this position requires an individual who can connect with and work alongside team members at every level of the organization.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of Fleet, this role requires travel between service centers and administrative locations across the Fort Worth area.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of research and analysis experience related to vehicle cost management, replacement schedules, and performance benchmarking
