** POSITION:
** This position has holistic responsibility to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations and drive the DrinkPAK. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all governmental agency (e.g., DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory and related insurance requirements.

** RESPONSIBILITIES
* * Provide assistance to all locations to ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements; this may include but is not limited to administering tests and coordinating repairs and upgrades or similar tasks as assigned. Track and control inventory of safety supplies and equipment, and work with department managers to keep adequate safety supplies on-hand. Serves as a safety/compliance liaison with outside organizations.

May represent the Company as primary contact with worker's compensation and property and loss carriers. Coordinates on-site visits as required.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

*** QUALIFICATIONS
* * Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health or related field or equivalent work experience. 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment. Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus.

Experience developing the EHS function is preferred.

Extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, and other governmental regulations and laws, including OSHA 300 logs and requirements by our insurance providers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others. Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.

Proven experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve industry-leading performance. Ability to work actively on your feet for extended periods of time, navigate stairs comfortably, and lift up to 50 lbs.
