Summer Internship - Texas

Program Dates: May 24, 2027 – July 30, 2027

The AgTrust Summer Internship Program is a paid, full-time, 10-week experience designed to provide students with meaningful, hands‑on exposure to a variety of business functions that support our customers, communities, and the agricultural industry.

Interns gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and build valuable connections while working alongside experienced professionals. Whether your interests are in finance, accounting, lending, technology, human resources, communications, risk management, or other business disciplines, AgTrust offers opportunities to learn how your work contributes to our mission and success.

Interns are assigned to a primary department where they work on meaningful projects and contribute to day‑to‑day business activities. Throughout the summer, participants also have opportunities to engage with other departments, providing a broader understanding of how teams across AgTrust collaborate to serve our customers and support agriculture.

As part of the program, interns will:

• Gain hands‑on experience in their area of interest
• Work on meaningful projects that support business objectives
• Build relationships with professionals and leaders across the Association
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities
• Experience field and community‑focused learning opportunities
• Learn how various departments work together to support customers and the agricultural industry
• Strengthen communication, leadership, and business skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrated academic achievement and leadership potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
• Interest in learning about AgTrust, financial services, and the agricultural industry
