• We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As an Internal Communications Intern at Bell, you can expect to:

• Contribute to the development and execution of communications strategies.

• Conduct interviews and work with stakeholders to promote business updates, employee contributions, organizational changes and other topics through storytelling.

• Collect data and develop reports using information gathered through research and review of applicable tools and methods.

• Assist with virtual and in-person events as needed.

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or English, or a closely related required

• Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience

• 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred

• Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship:
  June 1, 2027 – August 6, 2027

• Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Apps and Visio)

• Ability to collaborate and provide ideas to a team with varying backgrounds and experiences.

• Strong passion to learn and understand contribution impact to business.

• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated success working in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.

• Ability to work semi-autonomously and deal with ambiguity effectively
